United Homeowners Associations
We are pleased that you are contacting us to make application to The United Homeowner Associations of Bloomfield Township, Inc.  Our process is quite simple.  We ask you to complete the e-form below, then 'submit'.  We will be contacting the 'submitter' by either phone or email shortly after receipt of application.
The UHOA policy for an Associate Membership states that the first calendar year, or portion thereof, all dues or assessments shall be waived.  The Associate member will be afforded the rights and privileges of full membership, excluding participating in the UHOA Officers-Directors Liability Insurance Master Policy.  Additional information below.   
Please complete the e-form as complete as possible.  
I, below submitter, am making application for Associate Membership in the United Homeowner Association of Bloomfield Township, Inc., a Michigan Non-Profit Corporation, in behalf of my homeowners association mentioned above.  I understand the UHOA hereby waives the the annual dues for the first calendar year, or portion thereof.  I further understand that my association cannot participate in the Master Liability Insurance coverage discount afforded UHOA members.  That I, or any of our association members, may attend and participate in all open work shops, seminars or meetings held by the UHOA.  However, while as a Associate Member, I, or any of my HOA members, may not participate in any elections for UHOA officers, or may not serve on the UHOA Board of Directors.  

Evidence of my agreement to these conditions shall be the submittal of this application. 

The Applicant shall be notified as to the disposition of this application by email.
