Insurance coverage for active condo/homeowner associations
Jan. 21, 2015 Kyle Lewis from Johnston Lewis Associates speaking about the United Homeowner Associations Master Officers/Directors Liability Policy presently being offered to active members of the UHOA.
The UHOA negotiated for this master policy approximately 12 years ago for the benefit of our members. This effort resulted in comprehensive coverage for our members at approximately one-half of the going premium rate of an individually issued policy. Active members may investigate their insurance needs by contacting Kyle Lewis at 248-528-2400.
